Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant (m/w/d) for Property Management and Leasing to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property managers and leasing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assisting with property showings and viewings
  • Preparing property listings and marketing materials
  • Reviewing tenant applications and supporting the leasing process
  • Organizing small maintenance tasks and projects
  • Providing administrative support for meetings and events
  • Preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
