Deine Rolle

Als Junior Solutions Engineer unterstützt du bei der technischen Beratung, der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen und trägst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien bei.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Erfassung und Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen: Du unterstützt bei der Erfassung und grundlegenden Analyse technischer Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien und lernst, diese in Lösungsvorschläge auf Basis unseres Produktportfolios zu übersetzen.
  • Unterstützung in der technischen Beratung und Kundenbetreuung: Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen reagierst du auf technische Anfragen unserer Kunden, lernst deren Bedürfnisse kennen und unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung einer umfassenden Betreuung.
  • Unterstützung im Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit Vertriebsteams und technischen Experten zusammen, um strategische Ratschläge und technische Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten. Dabei sammelst du erste Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen (RFPs).
  • Teilnahme an Produktpräsentationen und Demonstrationen: Du assistierst bei Produktpräsentationen, Software-Demonstrationen und Proof-of-Concept-Aktivitäten, um potenziellen Kunden die Vorteile unserer Software näherzubringen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen: Du lernst, technische Produktbeschreibungen zu erstellen, und trägst so zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition bei.
