Deine Rolle

Als Junior Solutions Engineer bei Amperecloud wirst du Teil unseres Teams sein, das sich auf die Entwicklung von Lösungen für die Erneuerbare Energie spezialisiert hat. Du wirst bei der technischen Beratung, der Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen und der erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Erfassung und Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen: Du wirst bei der Erfassung und grundlegenden Analyse technischer Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien unterstützen.
  • Unterstützung in der technischen Beratung und Kundenbetreuung: Du wirst gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen auf technische Anfragen unserer Kunden reagieren und deren Bedürfnisse kennen lernen.
  • Unterstützung im Schnittstellenmanagement: Du wirst eng mit Vertriebsteams und technischen Experten zusammenarbeiten, um strategische Ratschläge und technische Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten.
  • Teilnahme an Produktpräsentationen und Demonstrationen: Du wirst bei Produktpräsentationen, Software-Demonstrationen und Proof-of-Concept-Aktivitäten assistieren, um potenziellen Kunden die Vorteile unserer Software näherzubringen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen: Du wirst technische Produktbeschreibungen erstellen und so zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition beitragen.

Stellenanforderungen
  • Ausbildung und erste Erfahrung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung in Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet. Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder eine Einstiegsrolle im Softwarevertrieb, Solution Engineering oder im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, Cleantech oder SaaS wären von Vorteil.
  • Technisches Grundverständnis: Du besitzt ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, API-Integrationen und Cloud-Lösungen. Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich erneuerbare Energien oder PV-Anlagen sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich – Interesse daran ist jedoch wichtig.
  • Analytisches Denken: Du bringst eine analytische Denkweise mit und lernst, komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu verstehen und bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen zu unterstützen.
  • Grundlagen im Vertrieb: Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Unterstützung bei öffentlichen Ausschreibungen (RFPs) sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, z. B. in Französisch, sind ein Plus.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Du bist bereit, gelegentlich an Kundenbesuchen oder Branchenveranstaltungen teilzunehmen und deine Erfahrungen auszubauen.
