Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, S/4HANA Lead Management Accounting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of S/4HANA, a cutting-edge enterprise resource planning system.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £120,000 - £150,000 based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of S/4HANA, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial systems implementation, preferably with S/4HANA
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Detailed knowledge of financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a leadership role
