Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Your expertise in financial management will be essential in collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met and long-term business strategies are effectively supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
* Analyze financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
* Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions
* Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate potential business opportunities and investments
* Collaborate with business units to align financial objectives with company goals
* Act as a financial advisor to market leads and department heads, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information and enhance decision-making processes
* Ensure alignment between financial planning and business operations

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in finance (Controlling, FP&A, Consulting), with a strong track record of driving financial excellence
* Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, with knowledge of BI-tools, coding/SQL capabilities, and experience with reporting/planning software
* Highly analytical mindset with the capability to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable insights and recommendations
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to all levels of the organization
* Extremely well-organized, with a proven ability to own and drive initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Strong collaborator with a get-things-done mentality, fostering a cooperative and productive team environment
* Thrive in fast-paced conditions, demonstrating enthusiasm and determination to drive initiatives toward success
* Continuously seek to learn more about the product, target audience, and market, showing a strong desire for ongoing personal and professional growth
