Senior FP&A Manager

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial planning and analysis activities, driving strategic decision-making, and enhancing our company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insightful financial recommendations to senior management, supporting business decisions and driving financial excellence.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate potential business opportunities and investments, ensuring a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with business units to align financial objectives with company goals, fostering a culture of financial acumen.
  • Act as a financial advisor to market leads and department heads, providing expert insights and recommendations to drive performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating the flow of information and enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between financial planning and business operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance (Controlling, FP&A, Consulting), with a strong track record of driving financial excellence.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with knowledge of BI-tools, coding/SQL capabilities, and experience with reporting/planning software a plus.
  • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to all levels of the organization.
  • Extremely well-organized, with a proven ability to own and drive initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborator with a get-things-done mentality, fostering a cooperative and productive team environment.
  • Thrive in fast-paced conditions, demonstrating enthusiasm and determination to drive initiatives toward success.
