Executive Sales Specialist for Industrial and Utility Sectors

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at MET Group as a Senior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating framework and delivery contracts with large-scale customers on an executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new target customers in the industrial, utility, and municipal segments, navigating and managing the sales process from lead status to closing.
  • Prepare all necessary documents (KYC, presentations, indicative and binding offers) within tenders.
  • Negotiate framework contracts and term sheets.
  • Maintain and provide close support to top-level customers.
  • Conduct continuous research on market trends and competition.
  • Assist product management in developing or enhancing products and models.
  • Organize, conduct, and participate in sales events and fairs.

Requirements

  • University/College degree.
  • 7-10 years' relevant sales experience in the energy industry.
  • Proficient spoken and written English.
  • Experience with CRM Systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiating skills.
  • Creativity, entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Highly organized and respectful of deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure and set priorities in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
