About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality Germany to lead our quality organization in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the quality organization in Germany, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies and goals, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Manage and track quality and environmental targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the quality auditor to continuously improve the IATF audit plan and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate and improve quality awareness among all employees, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position with first leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a technical background.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Experience in quality operations for the steel industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of key industry standards, including ISO, VDA, QS 9000, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 60 people, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As Head of Quality Germany, you will be responsible for the operations quality for our 4 sites in Germany, managing a team of 5 people located across these sites.
