Project Controller Job Description

We are Safran Passenger Innovations, a leading innovator in wireless, cellular, and satellite-based connectivity solutions for aircraft passengers. Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Provide financial oversight and leadership through regular reviews and analysis of financial data.
  • Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in project control or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proactive, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance multiple assignments and work collaboratively in a team environment.
