Your Role:

As a Market Leader/Franchise Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of your store. This includes:

• Managing the store's inventory, sales, and customer service
• Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Analyzing sales data and making informed decisions to drive business growth
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
