Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our French home furnishing store in Koblenz.

As a Store Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, focusing on training and development.
• Business Growth: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and sales targets to drive business growth and improve store performance.
• Customer Experience: Set an example by providing customers with a high-quality experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Merchandising and Visuals: Implement and maintain effective merchandising concepts, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Several years of retail or related industry experience with leadership roles, preferably in a similar business type.
• Dynamic team player with strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and coordinate a team, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for furniture and home decor, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent sales skills, customer orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and good English skills, French knowledge is a plus.
