Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft für die Leitung unserer Business Unit Mechanische Verfahrenstechnik. Als Leiter dieser Einheit sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Lösungen für unsere Kunden im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen Zielen für die Business Unit
  • Führung und Motivation eines Teams von Fachexperten
  • Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Ergebnissen
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Fach
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und in der strategischen Entwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Mechanischen Verfahrenstechnik und im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
