Quality Excellence Leader

At Siemens AG, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Excellence Leader to join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving business process management, governance, and the development of our Integrated Management System (IMS). Your expertise in quality management, particularly in IMS, will be instrumental in ensuring our processes meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure external certification and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
  • Drive governance topics like regulations and announcements.
  • Support the development of IMS with a focus on automation and digitalization worldwide.
  • Conduct Management Review for IMS in our headquarters.
  • Be the headquarters contact for social audits.
  • Support the digital transition of quality processes.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in business management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent subject.
  • Several years of experience in quality management, especially in IMS.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and possess intercultural experience.
  • Good knowledge of quality requirements in business processes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of management systems and structures.
  • Experience conducting audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
  • Experience using Data Analytics tools, such as Power BI.
  • Fluent German and English skills in written and spoken.
