About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our PHC products meet all regulatory requirements in various markets, thereby ensuring the safety of our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and process all administrative documents and requirements, including Statements, Power of Attorney, Free sale certificates, and Certificate of Pharmaceutical products.
  • Support team members in activities related to Regulatory Life Cycle Management within our healthcare brands.
  • Maintain and update the Regulatory Information Management system (Veeva RIMs) for all activities under your responsibility.
  • Keep all required internal trackers up to date.
  • Complete analysis and tasks on-time and keep your manager informed of progress.
Requirements
  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as MTA/PTA and have worked as an assistant (Chemical Lab assistant is a plus).
  • You are proficient in German and English.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail, good communication, and presentation skills.
  • You can handle competing priorities effectively with good planning and organizational skills.
  • You have strong initiative and follow-through with accountability for work quality.
  • You work independently in a matrix environment to build superior relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are results-oriented, self-motivating, open to change, and think out the box.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and/or Power BI is a plus.
