Wir suchen eine/n Praktikant/in für unser Aviation MRO-Projekt auf Gran Canaria. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen mitwirken.

Aufgaben
  • Projektunterstützung bei einem Aviation MRO-Projekt (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) auf Gran Canaria
  • Unterstützung des Berater- und Kliententeams vor Ort
  • Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
  • Mitentwicklung und Konzeption von Workshops und Schulungen
  • Analytische und visuelle Aufbereitung von Analysen und Recherchen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Arbeitspaketen
  • Erstellung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen
  • Begleitung von Klienten-Terminen
  • Unterstützung des Projektmanagements
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Klienten-Workshops
Profil
  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnliches
  • Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Affinität zur Lösung komplexer Aufgaben
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation
  • Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft vor Ort auf Gran Canaria zu arbeiten
  • Fließende Spanischkenntnisse, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt, speziell MRO von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit LEAN-Methoden von Vorteil
