Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your expertise to advance IT infrastructure? Here’s how you can contribute:
- You will serve as the primary contact for all Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, overseeing applications throughout their entire lifecycle.
- You will coordinate compliance assurance measures and optimize operational support processes.
- Cost management, including license oversight and alignment with user behavior, will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Additionally, you will manage provider changes and initiate related internal actions.
- You will respond to ad-hoc inquiries during internal and external audits.
- Designing and optimizing processes from onboarding to operation and eventual decommissioning of SaaS products will also fall under your purview.
- To become a Cloud Solutions Coordinator with us, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or have completed an IT systems management training program, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Moreover, you should have several years of hands-on experience in executing IT projects or transitioning applications into operational status.
- Your ability to work independently, along with your enthusiasm for diverse tasks and projects, will set you apart.
- Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Your interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and enjoyment of teamwork will complete your qualifications.
