Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die Durchführung und Koordination von betriebswirtschaftlichen Planungs- und Steuerungsprozessen ist eine der wichtigsten Aufgaben in dieser Position.
  • Der Budgetbedarf für die Hauptabteilung muss ermittelt und abgestimmt werden.
  • Beauftragungen und Einkaufswagen müssen erstellt und eingesteuert werden, sowie deren Leistungsbestätigung.
  • Das Budget muss mit den Führungskräften der Hauptabteilung geführt werden, einschließlich der Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen und ggf. Eskalation.
  • Prozessverbesserungen innerhalb der Hauptabteilung und zu den Schnittstellenpartnern müssen konzipiert und umgesetzt werden.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sind erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Durchführung von Leistungsbestätigungen und Abrechnungen ist wünschenswert.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, SAP eHR, SAP SRM, GSS, Benefits, LUKS usw. ist erforderlich.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten sind erforderlich.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen ist erforderlich.
