About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, focusing on the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Manage projects rigorously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, while coordinating with both local and central teams for localization and alignment with global initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.
- Foster a creative and analytical approach to marketing, continuously exploring new channels and tactics to engage our target audience.

About You:
We're looking for someone with a high level of proficiency in German and English, preferably with experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the German market, preferably within the SaaS fintech or similar B2B business models.
