Key Responsibilities
  • Kundensupport: You will be responsible for providing IT support to our clients on-site or remotely via remote access.
  • Kundenbetreuung: After thorough onboarding, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients' IT-related inquiries. If needed, you will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless support.
  • Projektplanung & Steuerung: You will be responsible for structuring and implementing new project requirements from our clients.
  • IT-Controlling: You will regularly review and ensure the smooth operation of our existing IT systems.
Requirements
  • You hold a completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as a computer scientist, system manager, or IT administrator, and bring ideal experience in the field.
  • You have already gained practical experience in interacting with clients.
  • You are familiar with the following terms: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange 365, VMWare ESXi, Veeam, NAS, VPN, WLAN, Switching, DNS/DHCP, Firewall (Watchguard or other brands).
  • You are characterized by a structured work approach, high independence, customer friendliness, sense of responsibility, and team skills.
  • A pleasant and communicative demeanor completes your profile as an IT service talent.
