Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at PAUL HARTMANN AG, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our international business. Your responsibilities will include managing sub-projects as part of the product launch process, supporting marketing concepts, conducting competitive analyses, and cooperating with advertising agencies and internal graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-projects as part of the product launch process
  • Support with marketing concepts and ideas
  • Conduct competitive analyses and market research
  • Cooperate with advertising agencies and internal graphics
  • Process inquiries of international subsidiaries and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Update internal Hartmann Systems
  • Assist with daily tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a study program that focuses on marketing, international business, business administration, communication, international management, brand management, or a related field
  • High level of analytical and strategical thinking
  • High degree of independence, structure, resilience, and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • InDesign, WordPress skills, and medical knowledge are an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German is an advantage
