Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage sub-projects as part of the product launch process within the Business Division Risk Prevention, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Support the development of marketing concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify market trends and opportunities, informing strategic decisions.
  • Cooperate with advertising agencies and internal graphics teams to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Process inquiries from international subsidiaries and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Update internal systems, including Hartmann Systems, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with daily tasks and provide administrative support to the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate is enrolled in a study program focusing on marketing, international business, business administration, communication, international management, brand management, or related fields.
  • High level of analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of independence, structure, resilience, and sense of responsibility, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and team skills, with fluency in English and German (advantageous).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, with InDesign and WordPress skills and medical knowledge being an advantage.
