Sales Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE in Hamburg.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent product display, freshness, and cleanliness of our fresh produce section
- Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and drive sales of our products
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage pricing and assortment of our products, ensuring optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Commercial education, preferably in retail or a related field
- Strong product knowledge and emphasis on quality, with a focus on fresh produce
- Passion for retail and working with people, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and develop, with a growth mindset
