Job Summary
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen System Administrator mit Expertise im Fault Management, um Teil unseres internationalen Teams bei Tata Consultancy Services zu werden.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Arbeiten im OSS-Bereich mit Service Assurance oder Fault Management
- Abteilungsübergreifende Verhandlung, Koordination, Aktualisierung und Anpassung von SLAs (Servicekonzepte, Supportmodell, Wartungsverträge)
- L2- / L3-Systemadministrations-Support für Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Requests
- Bearbeitung von Trouble Tickets und die Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Teams
Qualifikationen
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Operations
- Erfahrung in der Zuordnung und Konfiguration verschiedener Protokolle SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, REST usw. für Southbound NE-Integrationen
- Erfahrung im Fault Management und Erfahrung mit OSS COTS-Produkten wie IBM Tivoli Netcool, TEMIP, SolarWinds, Comarch NGSA
- Detailliertes Verständnis der OSS Service Assurance FCAPS-Domänen
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den Fault Management Produkten Netcool Suite (DASH, TCR, Omnibus, Gateways, Impact, Probes), NGSA, XyMon
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemadministration, Studium oder vergleichbar
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
