Job Description:

As a Senior Manager Corporate Development at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a key role in driving forward our corporate goals and visions. Your responsibilities will include the independent management of projects within corporate development, management of internal and external project resources, and management of project teams and their consultants. You will also be responsible for monitoring key projects within the Group and designing and preparing key reports for the Supervisory Board, the Management Board, and the management of the product companies. Additionally, you will network within the Group and qualify for further tasks, also internationally.

Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or a comparable education
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a leading (in-house) management consultancy with module/project responsibility or in corporate development
  • Experience in dynamic corporate environments with cross-border tasks
  • Experience in managing and leading strategic projects as well as in the conception and moderation of workshops at top management level
  • Successful management of change processes and implementations
  • Independent, goal-oriented way of working and a portion of enthusiasm to contribute to the achievement of company goals through a collegial, team-oriented attitude
  • Performance-oriented and excellent people skills
  • Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
  • Business fluent in German and English
