Software Delivery Manager

Crewmeister is seeking a highly skilled Software Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and refining software delivery processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project objectives and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize workflows
- Drive operational excellence and high organizational performance
- Introduce and champion the implementation of Kanban and Scrum methodologies into our existing processes
- Prepare, lead, and document meetings throughout the product life cycle; including dailies, grooming meetings, and retrospectives
- Define metrics for success and convey a data-driven mindset
- Handle resource allocation, task assignments, and workload balancing
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align development efforts with the product roadmap
- Maintain documentation of software delivery processes, guidelines, and best practices
- Proactively anticipate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles in project execution
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Delivery Manager, project management, or similar role in a technical environment
- Experience with project management, Kanban and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage time wisely and work well under pressure
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Fluent English, German language skills are a plus
