Crewmeister, a leading solution for time tracking and shift planning, seeks a skilled Software Delivery Manager to drive our team's success. With a dedicated team of over 60 individuals, we empower small businesses to thrive in a digital world.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine software delivery processes to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project objectives and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize workflows
  • Drive operational excellence and high organizational performance
  • Implement Kanban and Scrum methodologies to enhance our existing processes
  • Prepare and lead meetings throughout the product life cycle
  • Define metrics for success and convey a data-driven mindset
  • Handle resource allocation and workload balancing
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to align development efforts with the product roadmap
  • Maintain documentation of software delivery processes, guidelines, and best practices
  • Anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Delivery Manager or similar role in a technical environment
  • Experience with project management, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decision-making
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Fluent English, German language skills are a plus
