About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at Klier Hair Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of hairdressers, focusing on employee development and growth.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Apply various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques with independence and responsibility.
• Set and achieve goals with each team member based on company objectives.
• Promote our high-quality products to customers.
• Work collaboratively to bring out the best in our customers.

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a hairdresser (m/w/d), preferably with a master's degree in hairdressing.
• First-hand experience in a leadership position, preferably in the hairdressing or beauty industry.
• A passion for the art of hairdressing.
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, with a confident and authentic presence.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to implement and drive decisions.
