Job Responsibilities

As Electrical Engineering Director, you will oversee the R&D team's development of innovative high voltage components and improvement of existing products. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Product Development Management: From initial concept to final production, ensure adherence to technical standards and customer requirements.
  • R&D Team Guidance: Supervise and guide the team in creating new high voltage components, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exploration of new ideas.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project management, production, and quality assurance teams for seamless integration and delivery of new products.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technical standards, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • High Voltage Product Experience: Significant experience in designing high voltage products, particularly high voltage accessories.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading an R&D team within a global context.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry standards and technical regulations for high voltage products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, inspiring and guiding a team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
