What We're Looking For- A successful completion of a commercial education, combined with several years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of logistics or business economics
- Experience in managing business processes through key performance indicators
- Several years of experience in the field of parcel system traffic and good knowledge of parcel processes and corresponding quality management systems (e.g. DIN ISO 9XXX, IFS)
- Experience in leading teams
- Excellent knowledge of customs and foreign trade
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English skills in writing and speaking, as well as good IT skills in TMS
- Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the operational team in the field of parcel traffic nationally and internationally within a cooperation network
- Responsibility for the area of network traffic nationally and internationally with permanent optimization approaches
- Responsibility for the continuous development and improvement of processes within the framework of our continuous improvement process
- Ensuring and optimizing processes within parcel system traffic at the location to ensure an excellent quality standard while maintaining profitability
- Support in the training of new employees (m/f/d) and the development of the existing team
- Communication with and between local and regional interfaces, particularly with the areas of Sales, Customer Service, and Administration
- Engagement in networking in the field of national and international partners
- Maintenance of cooperation with central departments of the Head Office
- Salary according to GVP collective agreement
