We are currently seeking a Trainee for Internal Control to join our Finance Department at our headquarters in Munich. This role is designed for a duration of 24 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing and developing internal control mechanisms and systems, ensuring alignment with both internal and external requirements to facilitate accurate communication with the sales team.
- Independently planning and executing qualitative and quantitative assessments to adhere to internal, external, or legal standards. This includes documenting existing controls and designing additional measures, such as compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and verification of sales to end customers.
- Acting as the primary liaison for the sales team in Germany and the headquarters in Paris concerning the execution of internal and external requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Finance or a Legal discipline.
- Some initial work experience, preferably through internships or student positions.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
- A foundational understanding of risk assessment and evaluation.
- Characterized by teamwork, initiative, precision, and rapid comprehension.
- Reliable work ethic with a high level of commitment.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a dynamic international setting.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German and proficient English skills are essential.
