Office Space Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Office Consultant to join our team at Setting HQ in Berlin. As an Office Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting and matching office spaces with potential tenants.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain client relationships, understand their business needs, and find the right office solutions from our portfolio. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: You will work primarily on inbound leads, but may also be required to outreach to potential clients through various channels.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and propose tailored serviced office solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Office Tours: Arrange and conduct office tours for prospective clients, showcasing office spaces and amenities.
- Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms and conditions align with the client's expectations and company policies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to remain competitive in the serviced office industry.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead generation, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and assist in resolving any operational issues.
- You have previously worked in a sales position for at least a year, preferably in a B2B position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We offer a competitive commission structure, training and development opportunities, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
