Job Overview

This role is part of a dynamic customer success team at Turbit Systems GmbH, a pioneer in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Solutions Expert to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our innovative solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze faults, failures, and anomalies detected by our cutting-edge Turbit AI monitoring system.
  • Analyze events with our software, prepare technical summaries, and discuss them with customers to ensure they derive maximum benefits from our solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing support, assistance, and guidance to help them maximize their return on investment.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute workshops with customers to enhance their understanding of our solutions and facilitate smooth integration.
  • Manage support tickets and communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Develop and refine customer onboarding and success processes to guarantee seamless experiences.
  • Educate customers on effective usage of our software and engage with them individually to address their specific needs.
  • Create teaching materials and continuously improve them to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • IDentify complex issues and escalate them to senior Customer Success members, Sales, or the technical team as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Recent graduates with an Industrial or Mechanical Engineering background are preferred, but not required.
  • You possess excellent written and spoken German and English language skills, as most customers communicate in these languages.
  • You excel in analytical thinking, having demonstrated your capabilities in the past.
  • You are passionate about delivering value to customers and motivated to work independently.
  • You are eager to find creative solutions to challenging situations.
  • You have basic knowledge of data science and data analytics concepts and are enthusiastic about expanding your expertise.
  • You possess an open personality, positive charisma, and a strong passion for renewable energy.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from €50,000 to €70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
