Project Coordinator for Key Performance Indicators

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator for Key Performance Indicators to join our team at Mercedes-Benz. As a key member of our Factory Planning department, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and steering of key performance indicators, ensuring the successful implementation of our production planning and management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present results to the factory planning and production planning management team, providing recommendations for action and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement process improvements, optimizing and digitalizing processes and reporting.
- Oversee the procurement steering committee, ensuring compliance with guidelines and economic specifications.
- Manage overall project controlling for factory planning, including scope and project areas.
- Coordinate the use of funds across FP departments, ensuring compliance with economic specifications and contractual regulations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, controlling, accounting, purchasing, facility management, and project departments.
- Produce high-quality decision-making documents for management, structured reporting, and documentation.
- Technical or commercial degree or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in resource management and project controlling, preferably in large-scale and construction projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, keeping a cool head and making decisions in critical situations.
