Job Description

As a Purchasing Assistant at 25hours Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management and procurement processes.

  • You will be responsible for managing inventories, creating and maintaining budgets, and overseeing orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • You will support various F&B projects and collaborate with colleagues from F&B and stores to ensure seamless operations.
  • As a trained catering specialist, you will have a deep understanding of the overall picture and be able to navigate multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with experience in a similar role, who is an expert in administration and has a passion for organization and innovation.

  • You should have a proven track record of success in inventory management and procurement, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to work independently.
  • You should be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should be a creative problem solver, with a ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
