Field Sales Specialist Position at Estée Lauder Companies Inc

  • Autonomous execution of product demonstrations and beauty treatments
  • Client consultation and product sales
  • Strategic planning and execution of promotional activities, including events
  • Facilitating in-store training sessions and showcasing new offerings
  • Inspiring and collaborating closely with retail partners
  • Upholding merchandising standards in retail locations

Qualifications

  • Background in commerce and/or education in makeup or cosmetics; experience in beauty treatments is a plus
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the beauty industry or retail sector
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, along with strong communication and motivational capabilities
  • Customer-focused sales approach with a proactive mindset
  • Willingness to travel (valid Driver's license required)
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess good English language skills
