IoT Software Developer (m/w/d) / Cloud / Digitalization / Analytics
What We'll Achieve- We design and develop customer-centric cloud services in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Twin, and Industrial eCommerce (Industry 4.0)
- We develop services for Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance using the latest technologies from the Machine Learning/artificial intelligence field
- We strengthen the interaction with our customers and digital sales channels through our customer portal with services in the area of Digital Twin and eCommerce
- We develop technical concepts for concrete user requirements on cloud platforms, e-commerce, or data analytics with our product owners
- We implement these concepts as agile SCRUM teams and bring our cloud platform to the next level
- We work closely with the departments of development, IT, and marketing within the Ingersoll-Rand Group on all these tasks
- You have successfully completed your natural sciences or technical/information technology studies or have a comparable education
- You have in-depth knowledge and a good overview of frontend and/or backend technologies or data analytics, preferably in the context of IoT
- You feel at home with technologies like Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript (Angular), or Python
- You have good knowledge of software development according to current methodologies (with a focus on microservices, web technologies, or data analytics) and a good understanding of cloud and platform architectures
- A plus are existing knowledge in the development and operation of Google Cloud Platform (GCP, e.g. BigTable, BigQuery, MLOps, VertexAI)
- You have a self-reliant and structured way of working, a strong sense of quality, and well-developed team orientation and communication skills (in English and German)
