Back-End Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Engineer to join our team at CELUS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced graph and network optimization algorithms and services.
Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing algorithms to ensure high performance, scalability, and robustness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs and performance criteria.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and refactoring existing code to meet the requirements for improved or new features.
Requirements- Relevant experience as a Back-End Engineer, with a focus on optimization algorithms and graph theory.
- Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
- Solid understanding of optimization algorithms, particularly graph algorithms.
- Experience working on projects or problems involving graph and network optimization is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English
