We are seeking a Career Development/Talent Manager to join our team in Munich, Frankfurt, or Berlin. This is a maternity leave cover and a temporary fixed-term contract for 18 months.
Job Overview:The Talent Management team is responsible for the career development of our consultants, including staffing and talent management initiatives. The Career Development/Talent Manager will be responsible for staffing and talent management initiatives for a designated group of consultants.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment. Talent Management experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Staffing of consultants considering balances between project requirements and execution, development objectives, and personal preferences
- Oversee utilization, ensure that trapped capacity is limited
- Talent Management for assigned consultants including on-boarding, performance management, and career development
- Management of Mid-Year and Year-End performance management processes
- Act as person of trust for consultants regarding work-related issues such as career development, work-life-balance, or conflict resolution
- Collaboration with other Human Capital functions regarding topics such as local training or reporting on performance management cases
- Working on project-based initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization
- Collaborative and works effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Credible, highly professional, able to communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and consultants
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
