Job DescriptionRole SummaryAs an Exterior Senior Designer at Li Auto, you will lead the development of the vehicle's exterior design to create future icons that align seamlessly with our brand identity.
You will take charge of the entire process involved in creating exterior design solutions, from initial sketches to design models, and finally, to tooling release.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development of the vehicle's exterior design
- Foster collaboration with aerodynamic and engineering teams
- Establish a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai
Bachelor degree or above, in industrial or transportation design
Above 10 years' experience in exterior design, master of sketching, modelling and proportional research
Knowledge & SkillsProficient English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills
Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Solid theoretical foundation of car design until production
Salary$120,000 - $180,000 per year
