About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Plancraft GmbH. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, tools, and materials to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Create and maintain sales content, including the internal knowledge base, presentations, email sequences, case studies, product descriptions, and training videos.
  • Identify weaknesses in the sales process and continuously improve sales enablement activities through regular feedback from the sales team.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify bottlenecks and develop measures to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure the sales team has the latest and most relevant information.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create order and keep things straightforward.
  • Quick adaptation to new technologies and market trends, with the ability to train the team on these changes.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups, both in person and remotely.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Passion for process improvements and helping others succeed.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data to adapt and optimize strategies.
