You will also identify issues encountered by the serviced population and implement policies and procedures to demonstrate sensitivity to individual and family needs. Additionally, you will develop and implement a system to track program effectiveness, provide services through coordinating workshops and briefings, and serve as the installation point of contact for gathering relocation statistics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement and direct the activities of the Relocation Assistance Coordinating Committee
* Establish program goals and objectives
* Persuade management officials to support program operations
* Identify issues encountered by the serviced population
* Implement policies and procedures to demonstrate sensitivity to individual and family needs
* Develop and implement a system to track program effectiveness
* Provide services through coordinating workshops and briefings
* Serve as the installation point of contact for gathering relocation statistics

**Requirements:**

* English and German Language Proficiency level C1 required
* 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 3 years of experience as defined in B below
* Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below
* Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade
