We are seeking a talented Staff Engineer to join our Data Platform team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building self-service platforms for data workflows, contributing strategically and technically to new product development, and mentoring the next generation of technical leaders.

About the Role
  • Lead the development of products with significant business impact
  • Architect systems for processing large volumes of data in batch and real-time environments
  • Develop user-centric interfaces for data platform products
  • Mentor and empower technical leaders within the organization
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience building systems to handle massive datasets using tools like Kafka, Flink, Spark, Storm, and Hive
  • A language-agnostic approach to problem-solving
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code
  • Ability to build user-centric services that ensure seamless deployment and scalability
