We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Partner to join our Grid Modernization team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale Grid Modernization programs, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, identify new business opportunities, and anchor new and existing client accounts.
- Opportunity Identification/Creation: Utilize industry expertise, relationships, and knowledge of upcoming regulatory and market changes to create multi-million-dollar opportunities within existing and new clients.
- Proposal Development and Delivery: Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, identify differentiators, and articulate the unique value proposition and competitive financials.
- Engagement Delivery and Management: Take bottom-line responsibility for Infosys program execution, providing vision and guidance to the team, managing key client stakeholders, and ensuring quality checks are in place.
- Contract Negotiation: Analyze the probability of winning the deal, prepare for negotiations on terms and conditions, and obtain confirmation and approval from internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading multiple, large Grid Modernization programs in two or more areas, such as Grid Digitalization, Automation & AI, and IT/OT convergence.
- Experience in leading Grid Modernization in two or more technology areas, including ADMS, DMS, OMS, SCADA, and IT OT integration.
- Published articles on Grid Modernization trends and participated in Utilities Industry forums.
- Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency).
