Full-Time Sales Position in a Bakery

Café-Restaurant Hosselmann GmbH & Co KG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in a bakery setting.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and provide exceptional sales and customer service skills to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Support branch colleagues in case of unexpected absences or new openings, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell a variety of fresh and delicious baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats.
  • Prepare and present baked goods in an attractive and appealing manner to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and produce snacks and other baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products, ensuring they find the perfect item to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
Your Profile:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales or retail role, preferably in a bakery or similar environment.
  • Passion for traditional baking and a strong understanding of the baking craft.
  • Excellent sales and customer interaction skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • High level of friendliness, reliability, and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good German language skills (at least C1/C2), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Driver's license and car required for occasional travel to other branches or company events.
