Category Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to join our team at Flink. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for growing our dry goods categories within sales and margin by making informed decisions about assortment, pricing, discounts, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and margin growth
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure category growth and profitability
- Identify opportunities for optimization within category management
- 1+ years of experience in category management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Working proficiency in English and German
- €1000 annual L&D budget and individual coaching options
- 26 days of vacation, +1 day every year up to a maximum of 30 days
- 30 EUR monthly mobility budget with NAVIT
