Sales Manager

Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter bei bau digital GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Identifizierung und Begleitung von Leads entlang des Sales Funnels. Du stellst sicher, dass die Kunden eine optimale Customer Journey haben und dass die bau digital Vision einer digitalisierten Immobilienbranche bei Kundenbesuchen sowie auf Messen und Konferenzen vertreten wird.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Identifizierung der Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und die Erklärung, wie sie bau digital in ihrer täglichen Arbeit einsetzen können, um Wohnungskäufer zu begeistern und Bemusterungsprozesse zu optimieren
- Die Erstellung individueller Angebote für unsere Kunden und die Verantwortung für den Vertragsabschluss
- Die Unterstützung der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Software als Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement, IT und Kunde
Um erfolgreich in dieser Position zu sein, benötigst du:
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb mit Software-Lösungen
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Präsentations-Skills
- Ein gutes Gespür, um die Bedürfnisse deiner Gesprächspartner zu identifizieren
- Ein motiviertes und zielorientiertes Team
