Architect/Engineer as Project Manager for Building Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect/Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager for Building Management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage and mitigate project risks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CAD software, MS Project, and MS Office
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
