About the Role

We are seeking a motivated engineer as a Project Manager Construction Management Building and Industrial Construction to join our Construction Management team at our locations across Germany.

About the Team

Our Construction Services team is responsible for delivering some of the largest and most complex building and industrial construction projects with the best talents. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the big, transformative projects of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating extensive and complex building and industrial construction projects from project preparation to project completion
  • Project management for public, private, and industrial clients
  • Coordination of users, planners, and executing companies
  • Responsibility for the adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Project communication with all involved responsible persons and institutions

About You

In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring with you:

  • A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Ideal 7 or more years of experience in project management or as a civil engineer with a focus on phase 8
  • Proficiency in AHO, HOAI, and VOB
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A goal-oriented working style and independence
  • Team skills and communication strength
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel
