About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with additional fluency in another European language (ideally Dutch) to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in customer service and a passion for helping people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and enjoy working independently.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
