Insulet Corporation is a leading provider of insulin pump therapy solutions. As a Clinical Training Specialist in our European team, you will play a vital role in driving the adoption and success of our Omnipod system.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Training Specialist to lead the delivery of clinical training and education programs across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of people with diabetes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in diabetes technology to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, clinicians, and patients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
  • Evaluate and support the development of educational materials, leveraging industry best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and drive product adoption through targeted training and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and clinical teams to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in delivering clinical training and education programs, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective training and engagement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of diabetes technology, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Veeva.
